Melbourne Polytechnic has two fully equipped training restaurants where you our students learn practice commercial cookery and train as front of house staff
Our restaurants are open to the public. Our students serve up the best in contemporary dining under the guidance of extensively experienced chefs.
Both of our restaurants serve ingredients processed by our agriculture students. Treat yourself to lunch or dinner at our restaurants and relish our modern and innovative degustation and à la carte menus.
St Georges Restaurant is trading between the following dates in 2025:
Semester 1: Wednesday 5th March to Friday 4th July 2025.
Semester 2: Wednesday 20th August to Friday 5th December 2025.
